There is always that one friend who can bake and create and actually make cakes look like an art work! Unfortunately that is NOT me! However, my good friend Lisa has shared with us her secret Christmas Pudding Recipe (not so secret now)! She makes it every year and it is absolutely delicious. Here it is:  -2 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (option to use gluten free) -2/3 cup plain flour (option to use GF flour) -teaspoon of baking soda -teaspoon vanilla essence -1 1/12 oranges -1 lemon -1 apple peeled & cored -1 carrot grated -half-1 cup brandy -3 large eggs...
