There is always that one friend who can bake and create and actually make cakes look like an art work! Unfortunately that is NOT me! However, my good friend Lisa has shared with us her secret Christmas Pudding Recipe (not so secret now)! She makes it every year and it is absolutely delicious. When I hear the words coconut and lime I think of Summer or Bliss Balls! These little beauties are a great summer party snack, perfect for the kids lunch boxes or a healthy treat to have with your morning tea! Choc Ginger Truffles - Delicious!!!

We all love a bliss ball, however these are one of my favorites!
