There is always that one friend who can bake and create and actually make cakes look like an art work! Unfortunately that is NOT me! However, my good friend Lisa has shared with us her secret Christmas Pudding Recipe (not so secret now)! She makes it every year and it is absolutely delicious. My good friend always makes her kids amazing healthy treats for their lunch box and after School snacks. Her recipes really are inspiring and very easy which is why I love it when she shares them with me! I am all about simplicity in the kitchen!  She shared this recipe with me...
