However, my good friend Lisa has shared with us her secret Christmas Pudding Recipe (not so secret now)! She makes it every year and it is absolutely delicious. My good friend always makes her kids amazing healthy treats for their lunch box and after School snacks. Try this yummy chicken curry. Its a favourite in our house!! Dinner! Lunch! Kids Lunchbox! Ingredients: 6 zucchini's, grated 1/2 cup of corn 1 cup of chopped fresh continental parsley 3 eggs, lightly whisked 1/2 cup of plain flour (can replace with a gluten free flour) 3-4 shallots sliced 2 teaspoons of salt Fresh ground black pepper 1/2 cup of crumbed feta (optional, depending on diet restrictions) Olive oil (for fry pan)   Method: 1. These little beauties are a great summer party snack, perfect for the kids lunch boxes or a healthy treat to have with your morning tea!
