There is always that one friend who can bake and create and actually make cakes look like an art work! Unfortunately that is NOT me! However, my good friend Lisa has shared with us her secret Christmas Pudding Recipe (not so secret now)! She makes it every year and it is absolutely delicious. My good friend always makes her kids amazing healthy treats for their lunch box and after School snacks. Her recipes really are inspiring and very easy which is why I love it when she shares them with me! I am all about simplicity in the kitchen!  She shared this recipe with me... Choc Ginger Truffles - Delicious!!!

We all love a bliss ball, however these are one of my favorites! Choc Ginger Truffles: 1 Cup of almond meal 1 Tbs of almond or peanut butter 1 Tbs of organic Caramel coconut spread (found in most health food shops) - alternatively you can mix in some caramel protein powder into a scoop of coconut butter or caramel stevia drops with a scoop of coconut butter or just use plain coconut butter/spread. 12 Soaked dates 2 Tbs of Cacao powder 3-4 Drops of essential ginger oil  (You could use ginger paste or fresh grated ginger as an alternative) Combined...

I went to a DoTerra cooking class the other day and was shown this fabulous recipe! Super easy to make, delicious, and kid approved!!! Black Bean Brownies: 1 Can of black beans, drained and rinsed 2 Large eggs 1/4 cup of Cacao Powder 2/3 Cup of honey 1/3 cup of coconut oil 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder Pinch of salt 4 drops of Doterra Peppermint Oil 3/4 cup of choc chips or cacao nibs (optional) Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
