Coconut and Lime Bliss Balls

When I hear the words coconut and lime I think of Summer or Bliss Balls!

These little beauties are a great summer party snack, perfect for the kids lunch boxes or a healthy treat to have with your morning tea!

Coconut and Lime Bliss Balls

1/2 Cup of Almond Meal

1/2 Cup of desiccated coconut

1/2 Cup pre soaked dates

3 Drops of Essential Lime Oil (alternatively you can use lime juice but will need more)

2 Drops of vanilla Stevia

4 Tbs of Coconut Oil

Add ingredients into a food processor and mix well

Roll into little balls (option to roll in coconut) and place them in the fridge to set

Best serve cold!
