Choc Ginger Truffles - Delicious!!!

We all love a bliss ball, however these are one of my favorites!

Choc Ginger Truffles:

1 Cup of almond meal

1 Tbs of almond or peanut butter

1 Tbs of organic Caramel coconut spread (found in most health food shops) - alternatively you can mix in some caramel protein powder into a scoop of coconut butter or caramel stevia drops with a scoop of coconut butter or just use plain coconut butter/spread.

12 Soaked dates

2 Tbs of Cacao powder

3-4 Drops of essential ginger oil  (You could use ginger paste or fresh grated ginger as an alternative)

Combined ingredients and mix together in a food processor

If the mixture is a little dry after processing, add 1 tbs of coconut oil and mix through

Roll into little balls and place them into the fridge to set.

Best served straight from the fridge!!!
