Black Bean Brownies (Nut Free & Gluten Free)

I went to a DoTerra cooking class the other day and was shown this fabulous recipe! Super easy to make, delicious, and kid approved!!!

Black Bean Brownies:

1 Can of black beans, drained and rinsed

2 Large eggs

1/4 cup of Cacao Powder

2/3 Cup of honey

1/3 cup of coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Pinch of salt

4 drops of Doterra Peppermint Oil

3/4 cup of choc chips or cacao nibs (optional)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Place all ingredients, except choc chips, in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour batter into a large bowl and stir in the choc chips.

Pour into a greased and lined square pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
