Berry Coconut Bliss Balls

I cup of Almond Meal

2 tablespoons protein powder (vanilla)

½ cup of goji berries

½ cup shredded/flaked coconut

½ cup of chia seeds

10 dates

½ cup of cranberries

1 ½ tablespoons coconut oil

 

Mix it all up together in a thermomix or food processor.  Role into desired size balls and then role in desiccated coconut and keep refrigerated.
